A scarce 22ct sovereign brooch made to commemorate queen Victoria's golden jubilee in 1887, consisting of a full sovereign and two half sovereigns with a pin and a safety chain, 52mm across and weighing 18.6 grams, a real keeper. The box is not original but is period and fits well
